Villa Aria is located on the top of a beautiful hill in Agia Pelagia, Heraklion, Crete. The residence is situated in a property of 2500 m2 above the Agia Pelagia bay and it is offering complete privacy with spectacular mountain and sea views. The villa is very close (5-10 minutes by car) to many beautiful beaches in the area (Lygaria, Agia Pelagia, Made, Mononautis, Psaromoura and more). The Agia Pelagia village, with many local stores (supermarkets and restaurants) is also very close. The villa offers easy access to the Heraklio-Chania highway.

Villa Aria offers a split-level residence with four bedrooms, four bathrooms (three full and one half), two cozy sitting rooms with a fireplace, and two well equipped kitchens. It is booked as one residence and it is perfect for a group or families who would like spacious accommodations and homelike hospitality. The villa can easily accommodate 10 people (four queen beds and a sofa).

Each room features great windows and private balconies with panoramic views of the natural environment. All rooms have contemporary and traditional decor which includes comfortable furnishing and bedding. Villa Aria is built with a combination of natural materials like marble, granite, wood, stone, and steel which makes this property functional, luxurious, and ecological.

Villa Aria comes with two flat screen TVs. It also includes an outdoor pool and a children's pool next to the main pool. The pool shaded terrace includes comfortable pool side loungers and has majestic views of the beautiful sunsets. Villa Aria also provides Wi-Fi in all areas and free private parking in the premises.
