Holiday cottage in split-levels on a hilly plot with good shelter. The house is highly insulated and has heat recovery systems and thus lower energy consumption. No letting to youth groups. Pool area with 18 m² heated swimming pool with swimming coach and water slide, whirlpool and bathroom with shower and sauna. There is a cot and high chair. In addition, the house is well equipped. Well-functioning kitchen, which is open plan with the dining and living area. From the living room you have access to the 23 m² covered terrace, and in addition there is a 23 m² open terrace.
