Welcome to this attractive and cosy holiday home. It is situated on a hilly plot of land with a seaside location, in Sundsandvik, north of Orust. You access the elevated holiday home via a staircase. The cottage was renovated 2013 and i 2021 there was built in a new kitchen. The cottage has recently been refurbished with a new bedroom and an enclosed outdoor space, perfect for those looking to spend the cool evenings outside. The cottage has a spacious balcony, with a stunning view of the surrounding land. There are a total of two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. The kitchen comes with all the amenities you need during your stay, the living room is a spacious 30 square metres and includes a TV and radio. Lastly, there is a bathroom with a WC, a washbasin and shower. Electric heating is installed. The nearest beach is only a few minutes' walk from the cottage. There's another beach by Hafsten SweCamp Resort (about 2 km) with a sandy beach, water slides, miniature golf and a host of other activities. Close to the playground for the little ones. There are good locations for excursions in the area, with a variety of charming archipelago communities on both Orust and the mainland. The cottage is close to Henån with all the services needed for your enjoyment and for those interested in a bit more, Torp Mall with 80 stores, is only 15 minutes drive. The city of Gothenburg, or Göteborg, with its well known amusement park Liseberg, is about 80 km away. Göteborg offers many attractions, including the majestic indoor rainforest at Goteborgs Universum, Housing exotic animals, and a deep sea salt water aquarium. Welcome to this lovely holiday home!
