Charming holiday cottage situated on a sunny and sheltered plot with a beautiful view of the stunning natural surroundings in Bortelid, Åseral. The cottage is located by itself. The cabin features a spacious living room with a combination fireplace and TV. The layout is simple and functional. There are two bedrooms: one with a family bunk bed (lower bunk 120 cm wide), and another with one single bed and two bunk beds — accommodating up to 6 people in total. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with a small freezer, exhaust fan, and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Mobile broadband is available in the cabin (limited capacity). The cabin is rented only to families. Parking for two cars is available. Please note: charging electric vehicles from the cabin is not permitted. Final cleaning can be ordered directly by phone from contact person Åseral Hytteservice. Payment on spot. Due to limited capacity it may be advisable to book this well in advance. Experience the great nature with fishing and swimming in mountain lakes and small deep pools north of the cottage. Both adults and children can go swimming here. The river of Mandalselva is famous for its salmon. The area offers hiking trails, a rich wildlife and wide mountain plateaus. The summer up here in the mountains is unique with plenty of sun, little wind and mushroom and berries for picking. Combine this with visits to the coast, which is only 1 ½ hour drive away.
