Holiday cottage located on a large natural plot on a cul-de-sac close to the shore. The house has open concept kitchen and large living room with lighting from 3 angles. There are 2 bedrooms of which one has a 160 cm wide double bed and the other a single bed. On the west-facing terrace you can enjoy the warm summer evenings and the sunsets. There are no neighbours to the south-east which means you can enjoy nature and the rich wildlife with e.g. deer and pheasants. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
