The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, so everyone can participate in the cosiness while cooking. If you feel like grilling, it is possible on the terrace. The house has a small toilet with hand shower. The house's terrace is sheltered and therefore you can sit and enjoy the view and the sun. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
