Spacious holiday cottage with whirlpool and sauna suited for 2 families sharing. Spacious living room with energy-efficient heat pump, wood-burning stove, cable-TV and free, wireless internet. In connection to the living room there is a dining area, a natural gathering area for the entire family. The dining area is adjacent to the open and well-appointed kitchen. Ground floor has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds, and 1st floor has a living room and another bedroom with double bed. On the open terrace you can enjoy the sun and observe the children playing on the lawn. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Prachtig huis , prachtige omgeving

Het huis is ruim gezellig en mooi gelegen huis, juist dit huis geboekt voor de jacuzzi , daar we onze kleinzoon erbij hadden en we graag met hem in de jacuzzi wilden , alleen zijn we hele weekend bezig geweest om de jacuzzi warm te krijgen , pomp deed het wel , de stappen om de jacuzzi aan te krijgen was een puzzel op zich , hendel hier , handel daar enz maar goed alles gelukt maar hele weekend hiermee bezig geweest alles deed het behalve het verwarmings gedeelte , wel 10 x de agentschap gebeld maar werden via call centrum steeds doorverwezen om mail te sturen of kregen ander nummer maar telkens niemand aan de lijn gehad die het kon oplossen , heel jammer , vanochtend uitgecheckt op kantoor en dit aangegeven , gaan overleggen of we hier voor gecompenseerd gaan worden , we wachten af … tot op heden nergens antwoord nog op gekregen !! Dit was echt jammer want op dit na , wel erg leuk huis !!
