Secluded Beach Retreat - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

Holiday cottage located on a forest plot at dunes and a child-friendly beach. There is a whirlpool, sauna, dish washer and washing machine. Kitchen and bathroom from 2010. There is fibre-optic broadband. The large, covered terrace is perfect for barbecues on warm summer evenings or just for relaxing in the sunshine. There are various toys for the children. Approx. 2 km from the house you will find the small fishing village Sømarkshuse with smokehouse, miniature golf and bike rent.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
