With a unique location close to the sea and overlooking the fjord and the idyllic marina, Marina Minde, you will find this holiday cottage. This house of very high quality was built in 2006 as a 1 ½-storey semi-detached house in a combination of wood and brick. Each house in the plot has a covered as well as an open terrace with garden furniture. From the ground floor you have views of the water. Interior floors are partly covered with wood, partly with tiled floor with underfloor heating. The ground floor has a kitchen with all white appliances, including dishwasher, fridge-freezer and cooker with ceramic hobs. The living room is furnished with a stove, radio and television. The living room has access to the terrace where the views can be enjoyed. Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool, shower and sauna. In addition, scullery with washing machine and dryer. One bedroom with 2 single beds are on the ground floor. The 2 other bedrooms are situated in the basement and equipped with a double bed. In addition to the 2 rooms there is a guest toilet. For children there is a large common playground with many facilities located at the marina.

Also grundsätzlich ist die Lage und die Bauart des Hauses wirklich schön. Leider ist die Endreinigung durch DANCenter keine Pflicht. Der Vormieter unseres Hauses hat wohl schnell selber hui hui gemacht, so sah leider auch die Sauberkeit im Haus aus. Die Kontrolle durch DanCenter hätte das eigentlich sehen müssen. Leider hat die Kontrolle alles für toll befunden. Die Töpfe in der Küche haben wir selber sauber gemacht. Der Backofen war leider nicht mehr zu retten->total verdreckt. Wir haben auf eine Benutzung verzichtet. Den Filter der Abzugshaube mussten wir selber beim ersten Kochen abbauen, da das heiß gewordene Fett am Filter runter getropft ist. Nach unserer Putzaktion konnte man den Herd aber ohne Probleme benutzen. Die Pfannen waren sehr zerkratzt, da ist die Beschichtung runtergegangen. Wir haben uns dann eine billige Pfanne besorgt. In der Dusche waren die Fliesen mit einem gräulichen Schmutzfilm überzogen... den man beim Putzen locker wegbekommen hätte. Hat der Vormieter aber wohl gar nicht geputzt. Die Sitzmöbel vom Essbereich und dem Wohnzimmer waren schon sehr abgewohnt und man saß schon auf dem Holzrahmen. Für längeres sitzen leider nicht geeignet. Und es waren auch leider überall Spinnenweben..... also an sämtlichen Lampen, Geländer usw. ... ja uns ist klar, dass man das nie ganz vermeiden kann.... aber leider war es die Menge. Und nach der Durchsicht der Hausputzanleitung, hätte der Vormieter alle Lampen mal abwischen müssen..... hat er augenscheinlich auch nicht gemacht. Wir haben also den ersten Tag damit verbracht, erstmal noch etwas zu putzen...... bei 14 Tage Urlaub hat uns das sicherlich nicht umgebracht, aber es ist halt auch nicht schön. Wir haben übrigens die Endreinigung bei DanCenter bezahlt...... also unser Nachfolger hat sich sicherlich über ein sehr sauberes Haus gefreut (wir nehmen mal an, das DanCenter das Putzen besser hinbekommt, als einige der Mieter). Als Ausflugsziel für größere Kinder können wir übrigens den Freizeitpark der anderen Art "Universe" empfehlen. Hier wird die Wissenschaft den Kindern spielerisch in einem Art Freizeitpark näher gebracht. Sehr schön ist übrigens auch der Strand in Vemmingbund..... sehr lang und auch doppelt so breit wie in Egernsund am Yachthafen.
