Explore nature with sea kayaking, canyoning, mountain hiking and climbing in the summer, and in the winter with summit hikes, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and free skiing in the mountains. Valldal activity park has 1500 m of climbing trails divided into 4 different levels of difficulty. River Valldøla with river rafting and salmon/trout fishing. 2.5 km to the Health Sports Center: indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna. 15.5 km to Tafjorden: outdoor swimming pool in June, July and August, reasonable tickets. 17.5 km to lake Onilsavatnet with trout.
