Large and charming holiday house in the small community of Verrastranda. The house is located in a peaceful environment by the owner's own house, and has a panoramic view of the fjord and the scenery surrounding it. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the silence and the spectacular view. 175 metres to the fjord, which is rich with fish and known for having cod. A roadway leads down to the fjord and you can park your car 4 metres from the dock. Enjoy an outdoor barbecue with benches and tables by the dock. A 14,5 ft boat with 8 hp motor and life jackets is included in the rent. Rent a 15 ft boat with 10 hp motor and life jackets, NOK 200 per day. Rent an extra 14 ft boat with 25 hp motor and life jackets NOK 300 per day. THE BOATS ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN MAY 1ST AND OCTOBER 1ST. The house is charmingly decorated and has 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and a toilet on the 1st floor. After exciting days on the water, you can snuggle up in front of the fire place. There are several hiking trails and fishing lakes - remember to buy a fishing license. The area is known for its rich wildife and birdlife. You can also go berry picking. This is a great starting point for day excursions around Trondheimsfjorden. Steinkjer is 1 hour away and Trondheim is 2 hours. Satellite dish with many German channels. Internet with limited capacity. Heated floors on the ground floor, in the ktichen, hallway and bathrooms.

Wenn man sich bewusst für diese schöne Gegend entschieden hat wie wir, um angeln gehen und Ruhe genießen zu können, wird man nicht enttäuscht, Das Haus ist wirklich groß, suuuper ausgestattet: zum allerersten Mal standen uns z,B, ein großer begehbarer Kühlraum und ein Whirlpool zur Verfügung! / Jeder, der will, kann problemlos eine ruhige Ecke für sich allein finden - drinnen wie draußen: auf den schönen Holzterrassen, in den Hängematten und unter der herrlichen großen Eiche, Von dort aus kann man die Haustiere (Katzen) beobachten, vom Wohn- & dem unteren Schlafzimmer aus kann man auf der großen Wiese hinter dem Haus zuverlässig Rehe und Kraniche grasen/fressen und/oder balzen sehen den dort normalerweise auch zu Besuch kommenden Elchen war es wohl zu warm, so daß sie weiter den Berg aufwärts zu finden sein sollen [wir haben sie dort nicht gesucht] stattdessen haben wir zum ersten Mal Elchfleisch gegessen, das wir vom Vermieter kaufen konnten, / Daß Arnt, der Vermieter, auf dem selben Grundstück wohnt, war für uns etwas ungewohnt, aber sehr praktisch, denn er ist sehr angenehm, liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit, macht praktisch alles möglich & spricht sogar deutsch, / Ach ja - kurz zum Angeln: / Wir haben ausreichend Fisch geangelt - Dorsch, Pollack, Köhler und Schellfisch - für Makrelen war es noch zu früh,,, / Einzig der in bequemer Fußentfernung liegende Bootsanleger könnte etwas bequemer=sicherer sein,,, Dafür befinden sich unmittelbar daneben eine Badestelle und ein Flußzulauf, in dem (bzw,, wenn es so trocken ist wie in diesem Sommer, durch den) man weite Strecken über Steine klettern / auf Landzungen spazieren kann,,,

Sehr netter Vermieter (Verständigung war super, spricht gut deutsch), gut ausgestattete Küche, Whirlpool für 2 Personen, begehbare Kühlkammer mit jede Menge Platz, schöne Aussicht auf den Fjord, gute Angelmöglichkeiten vom Ufer und auch vom Boot aus! Hinter dem Haus waren regelmäßig Rehe zu sehen! Auch die Katzen des Vermieters haben unsere Herzen erobert! Hatten eine schöne Zeit dort!
