Inside and on the ground floor, the Villa is conceived as a wide and elegant loft, with no division between the different parts of the house (except for the bedrooms on the upper floor) so to create a single, airy and bright living space, which develops in a continuum from the inside to the outside thanks to the wide glass windows. In the entrance hall, the big open staircase leads up to the first floor mezzanine and then to the sleeping area: 1 bigger double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi; 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed (2,00m * 1,40m); 1 other standard double bedroom. The latter 2 bedrooms are smaller than the first one and share one bathroom with shower accessible from the mezzanine. Going back down on the ground floor, just under the mezzanine there is another large bathroom with 2 showers. The other parts of the house develop around the entrance hall: the dining room with a round table with 10/12 seats; the kitchen island; the spacious living room with sofas and fireplace and a relax area where wide glass doors open under the outside beautiful patio, equipped with garden furniture (10-seat table, sofas and armchairs). From here, walking further on crossing through the garden, one gets to the swimming pool area, encircled by luxuriant vegetation and provided with a shaded furnished pergola, beach umbrellas and sun-beds.

The house is very comfortable, with very high-standard finishing and décor. Being immersed in a very well-kept natural environment adds to the quality and charm of its atmosphere. It is perfect for those who love the peace and quiet of nature, but at the same time appreciate being at a short drive from the seaside and from the main towns of the area.

The weekly price includes: water, gas and electricity consumption; housekeeping service once a week; bedroom and bathroom linen with only change of bathroom linen every mid-week; garden and pool upkeep. The final cleaning fee is to be set aside and upon arrival, € 200,00. Security deposit € 700,00. Pets are allowed upon request. No smoking inside.

Please know that, as provided by the law, a € 1,00 tourist tax is due per person per day, up to 7 consecutive days in June and September, whereas every day in July and August. Children under 6 y.o. and adults over 75 y.o. are exempt. Families with 4+ children have the right to a 50% reduction on the tax amount beginning with the 4th child. Tourist tax subject to change.
