Well-situated holiday home in the 1st row approx. 100 m from the North Sea. The cottage is bright and practically furnished with a combined living room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture and a TV with international channels. There is a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Three bedrooms. Bright bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. For the youngest guests there is a cot and high chair. There is both an open and covered terrace at the house. The newly built entrance hall has a washing machine and tumble dryer and plenty of storage space. There is free access to Harboørecentret.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
