Well-functioning cottage located on a natural plot approx. 1000 m from the island's best bathing beach. The house is well furnished with 3 bedrooms and bathroom and kitchen / family room with living room and wood stove. There is both an open and covered terrace, so you have the opportunity to enjoy the sun and extend the summer evenings.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße, man bekommt aber nichts mit, weil das Grundstück durch eine dichte Hecke abgegrenzt ist, Das Haus hat eine großzügige Terrasse, die mMn noch nicht so alt sein dürfte, wer möchte hat am Eingang noch eine überdachte Terrasse, für Raucher nicht ganz unwichtig, hinterm Haus befindet sich auch noch eine große Rasenfläche, Tisch und Stühle stehen bereit, außerdem ist ein älterer Weber-Grill vorhanden, / An der Innenausstattung gibt es nichts auszusetzen, wenn man bedenkt, dass das Haus doch schon etliche Jahre alt ist, es laden eine gemütliche Couch und 2 Stressless-Sessel zum Fernsehgucken ein, SAT-Anlage ist vorhanden, der Tisch zum Essbereich könnte größer sein, mit sechs Personen, dürfte es eng werden, / Küchenbereich ist ausreichend, wenn man nicht ausufernde Menüs kochen möchte, / Das Badezimmer ist ok, genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken für Handtücher sind vorhanden, lediglich bei der Dusche würde ich mir eine einstellbare Einhebelmischbatterie wünschen, / Das Schlafzimmer mit dem 1,40 m breiten Bett ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig, zumindest muss man sich schon sehr mögen, wenn man dort zu Zweit schlafen möchte, es fehlt auch ein zweiter Nachttisch, Allerdings ist ein weiterer Fernseher (SmartTV) vorhanden, Da ich immer meinen Amazon Firestick dabeihabe, konnte ich dort fernsehen, Das Wlan ist ausreichend schnell, / Mein Fazit: / Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und würde das Haus in der Nebensaison jederzeit wieder anmieten, in der Hauptsaison wäre es mir persönlich zu teuer,
