6 person holiday home in Roslev-By Traum

Holiday cottage located on very large, enclosed plot not far from the fjord. The house has an open terrace, TV with many channels and a DVD player. There is a rowing boat (uage at own risk/insurance). No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

The spacious layout was perfect for our family of six, and the enclosed garden gave the kids plenty of room to play safely, We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace in the evenings, The proximity to the fjord made for lovely morning walks, The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and the house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Highly recommend!

Mooi huisje op een prachtige locatie

Ons verblijf was geweldig , mooie natuur. Het huisje van binnen was niet geweldig - Rommelig - Dak lekkage bij kachel (gelukkig niet veel regen gehad) - Allein de keuken voelt vet aan , oven was smerig - Doucheruimte veel te klein , putje en douchekop smerig - Vaatwasser , bovenste lade werkt niet goed - vloerlamp kapot - Lamellen sluiten en openen niet goed

Cottage war super, leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Also den Anreisetag selbst gereinigt. Der Strand auf dem Bild ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus und vom Garten entfernt. Wenn Sie mit Hunden unterwegs sind, ist er großartig. Es gibt nur keinen Zaun, sodass Sie leicht Hunde verlieren können.
