Welcome to this great holiday home, set in a quiet, residential area on the beautiful island of Orust. The holiday home is a tastefully decorated flat on the bottom floor, well equipped, and has it's own entrance and an outdoor sitting area. The flat is 70 square metres and features a light and airy kitchen with a kitchen table and a beautiful view of the sea. The living room has a TV, DVD and Chromecast and a sofa bed with a width of 140 centimetres. The beautiful bedroom has a comfortable double bed in it. The bathroom has a WC, a washbasin, a bath whirlpool with a handheld shower, a washing machine, and a dryer. There's also a small home gym that you have access to. Your flat is close to three different bathing spots: a sandy beach with shallow water, a bathing spot with cliffs, and the pier. The charming fishing towns of Hälleviksstrand (3,5 kilometres) and Mollösund (5 kilometres) are well worth a visit. Don't miss the lovely café Sjöbodscafét, set amongst the boat docks in Hälleviksstrand. The owners of the this great holiday home also own Anders Båt och Brygga, which arranges fishing trips, seal safaris, and lobster fishing. The city of Gothenburg is 80 kilometres away, offering shopping, culture, and the amusement park Liseberg. The owners lives in the floor above you.
