Cozy Retreat with Sauna - By Traum Ferienwohnungen

A holiday home with a sauna, located on a natural plot with a bonfire pit and shelter. There is also a swing and room for ballgames. Enjoy both a fireplace and wood-burning stove in the living room, as well as access to two terraces. There are also energy-friendly heat pumps. Nissum Fjord and the sea is 300 metres away together with a playground for children. There is a farmer's shop, café and "put and take lake" 1,5 km away. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Stromverbrauch ist trotz Energiesparlampen recht hoch (ca 350kwh/14 Tage was Zusatzkosten von 150 Euro waren). / Was fehlt ist auch eine Waschmaschiene - gerade mit Kids ein Problem. Lösung war ein Waschcenter auf dem nahen Campingplatz allerdings Waschen + Trockner je 40 Kronen was zusammen knapp 11 Euro sind. Mit 3 Kindern mussten wir ca 5 x waschen also Zusatzkosten von 55 Euro.
