Holiday cottage in a popular, scenic area on a quiet plot close to Aabenraa golf club. The house has a bright and modern decor with a ground floor terrace where you can enjoy the sun undisturbedly. Approx. 5 mitues walk to child-friendly beach. Free admittance to the outdoor pool with a child-pool approx. 200 m from the house (open 15.05 - 15.09). The centre on sight also has beach volley, miniature golf and game room.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett in einer Dachnische, Dieser Schlafbereich ist sehr schön mit Ausblick in den Sternenhimmel, Allerdings muss man eine Leiter hochklettern, um da hinzukommen und dieser Schlafbereich ist mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden, Hier lässt sich also keine Tür schließen, Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß und geräumig und hat einen Kamin, Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, Bei einem ist eine Sauna angeschlossen und es gibt einen Whirlpool, Die Küche ist modern und gut ausgestattet, Das Haus selbst lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, Zum Haus gehört allerdings kein abgegrenztes Grundstück, Alle Ferienhäuser stehen sehr nah beieinander und man hat nur eine kleine Rasenfläche zum Spielen, Wir waren im Herbst da, Daher hat uns das nicht gestört, Der Strand war für diese Jahreszeit ebenfalls toll für unsere Kinder zum Klettern, Zum Baden im Sommer finde ich ihn ziemlich schmal, Da würde ich sicher zu einem anderen Strand fahren,
