Holiday cottage in the 1st row directly adjacent to one of Europe's best windsurfing and kite spots. Modernised in 2004. Interesting house with an extraordinary location on the 700 m² large plot in the 1st row down to the fjord. No letting to youth groups. The 33 m wide lawn towards the fjord invites to many activities such as ball games, badminton, croquet, etc. From the lawn you can follow the life on the beach and in the water. After a good day with lots of activities and great experiences you can enjoy the unique location of the house - the view of the countryside and beach at a distance of approx. 50 m from the water's edge. The living room on the 1st floor has a fantastic view of the fjord from the leather furniture. In the living room there are 2 alcoves, where you can take a rest after a busy day. On the 1st floor there is a sliding door from the living room to a 14 m² partly covered balcony from where you can enjoy the sun set into the water while eating dinner or enjoying a drink on the balcony. On the ground floor there is underfloor heating in the kitchen-dining area, bathroom and sauna. In the large kitchen-dining area there are sliding doors to a large west facing terrace and garden. From the dining table in the kitchen-family room you have views of the water. At the front of the house there is a large, east-faced terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. After a long day you can relax in the whirlpool or sauna.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
