This renovated cottage is located in beautiful countryside near Aarhus. The house is furnished with 3 rooms and a kitchen which is well equipped with microwave oven and dishwasher. In the bathroom there is good closet space, washer and dryer. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa with chaiselounge from which views of the garden can be enjoyed through the large windows that make the house bright. Wood-burning stove and energy efficient heat pump reduces heat costs. The house is located on a secluded plot with a large lawn where children can play safely or play a game of football or where the dog can be closed out. Various smaller games are available. The sun can be enjoyed from morning to evening on one of the 2 terraces, one of which is covered. The many tall trees provide good shelter from the wind year round. There are garden grill and bonfire with utensils for pancakes and popcorn. Good parking on the property for several cars. City bus stop is a few minutes from the house.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
