Cottage with large terrace around the house located on a 1900 m² natural plot with lawn. In addition, shared plot with bonfire at the beach. The house has a combined living room and kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a large mezzanine with 4 beds. Bathroom with whirlpool and toilet. Utility room with washing machine, dishwasher and wood-burning stove and air conditioning. The house is brightly decorated with good furniture. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Mittelguter Aufenthalt mit Verbessungspotenzial

Wir sind sind insgesamt mittelgut zufrieden (3 von 5 Sternen) Gut war: a) großes Platzangebot sowohl im Haus, als auch im Garten b) Technik (Gefrieschrank, Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Microwelle, Waschmaschine) funktionierte c) genug Geschirr (Teller, Besteck, Gläser) d) ruhige Lage e) TV mit Möglichkeit von AppleTV, amazon Prime, Netflix (eigenes Konto zu den Diensten vorausgesetzt) f) Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen Die wichtigsten Kritikpunkte sind: a) die Bilder in der Anzeige geben nicht den realen Zustand wieder, sie stammen noch aus der Zeit als das Haus neu war. b) Im Sommer ist es in den Schlafräumen zu warm, man müsste die Türen offen lassen, damit die Luft mit dem Wohnraum ausgetauscht werden kann, dort ist die einzige Klimaanlage installiert. c) An den Fenstern gibt es keine Mückennetze, deshalb kann man nachts die Fenster nicht aufmachen ohne von Mücken überfallen zu werden d) Abgenutzer Kühlschrank und Kochgeschirr (Töpfe, Pfannen) e) viele vorbelegte Schränke und Regale, mit Krimskram des Besitzers, hier muss dringend aufgeräumt werden, damit der Gast Platz für seine eigenen Sachen hat. f) in den integrierten Kleiderschränken der Schlafzimmer läßt sich wegen der fehlenden Tiefe kein Kleiderbügel 90 Grad zu Stange aufhängen. Fehlkonstruktion. g) die Polsterung der Betten ist einfach und recht straff, weiche Matrazen mit Lattenrost kosten natürlich mehr. Nicht gut für Menschen, wie mich mit Rückenproblemen. Außerdem sind die Doppelbetten mit 140cm recht schmal
