Pros
Cute corner condo, very bright and nicely decorated.
On third floor overlooking the pool.
Steps away from washer, dryer and elevator (if needed).
Grounds are very tidy.
Pool area steps away.
A private, civered parking space.
Walking distance from bars, restaurants and beach.
Pretty, updated kitchen with pots, pans and utensils you might need.
Cons
Very close to outside garbage can/dumpster area-garbage truck comes at 6am and is very loud.
Condo needs some updating.
Some light bulbs didn’t work.
Bathroom sink stopper was broken.
Shower stall light didn’t work.
One toilet was dirty, I had to clean it.
Front door was dirty, I had to clean it.
Lanai furniture was very dirty, I had to clean it.
Walls and floor of the lanai very dirty but it was too much to clean myself.
Upon arrival, we really didn’t know what to do. We looked for the manager but he wasn’t around. Had to call Vrbo but the man was extremely hard to understand. Finally I spoke to the owner and got the code for the door.
Floors in the condo needed mopping.
No bottles of water upon arrival (would have been a nice touch).
All-in-all we had a great time at this condo. I would recommend staying here.
