About this property

Waterfront Condo on Intracoastal Waterway; Private Beach on Gulf

Our 2nd floor, end unit condo has been completely updated. The floor plan was opened up to provide a nice airy feel and to enjoy the water view. All furniture, flooring and fixtures are new. The entry hall has a bench to store your flip-flops and other beach gear and keys to our beach cabana are hanging on the wall. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, electric range, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. Stainless steel double sink with garbage disposal and granite counter tops. Living room has leather love seats and ottoman. A new wall-mounted 48” HD Flat-screen TV with HD enabled Cable TV, DVD player ,receiver and Bose Surround Sound system. If you can't manage to leave work behind there is a desk and high–speed Internet and Wi-Fi connectivity included. The lanai overlooks one of two pools on the property and also enjoys a view of the docks and little Sarasota Bay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a large bureau for clothes. Walk in closet has plenty of space and is where you can find beach mats and towels. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a Grohe shower system. Towels, linens and bedding are provided. Guest bedroom has two extra long twin beds. Guest bathroom has bathtub and shower.

Why they chose this property

This is not your typical vacation rental. This is our vacation home and we have updated and decorated it to be enjoyable and comfortable. Located on Little Sarasota Bay you can relax and watch the sunrise while sitting on the docks drinking your morning coffee. Then in the evening take your glass of wine across the street to sit on the beach and watch the glorious sunsets that Siesta Key beaches are known for. It is an idyllic setting, quiet and private, yet just minutes away from Siesta Key Village and the #1 beach in the US, Siesta Key Beach. You will truly enjoy the best of both worlds here at Bay Tree Club.

What makes this property unique

1) Bay Tree is a 'beach to bay' community which means you have direct access to both the Intra-coastal Waterway (boat slip is available) and a private beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
2) We have a private beach cabana filled with chairs and umbrellas right at our beach so you never have to pack pack up and haul your gear to the beach. It is all right there for you including bathrooms and outdoor showers. (There is no other condo in the area that has private cabanas), 3) The beautiful landscaping is what set this property apart for us. It is like a tropical island retreat!
