Design Studio of 36 m2, fully renovated in April 2018 (in process)., in one of the most famous complex of Benalmádena Costa, with frontal views to the pools with slides and waterfalls, and lateral to the sea. Very bright (afternoon sun)
Within walking distance of the beach (400 m) and next to the fantastic Parque de la Paloma and the famous Plaza de Bonanza.
The center of Arroyo de la miel and commuter train is only 500 meters away.
The studio has been completely renovated with an exotic design and vintage Nordic decoration that makes the difference.
It has a very comfortable double bed and visco-elastic pillows for a good rest. It is possible to request a supletory bed for a third guest, with prior notice and subject to an additional payment. Possibility of cradle for baby with additional payment.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, crockery and cutlery.
- LED TV 43 "with Smart TV, with both Spanish and foreign channels, possibility to connect HBO and NETFLIX accounts.
- Bathroom / toilet with large 140 cm shower tray, with 50l electric thermos. Includes hair dryer.
- Terrace with wonderful frontal views to the pools and side to the sea, with afternoon sun. It has a comfortable 2-seater sofa and table set and two chairs.
- Air conditioning cold / heat without additional cost, with moderate consumption.
- Wifi 50mb high speed fiber, private and free.
