From almost the entire house you can see the sea less than the bathrooms, it is a 5th floor with elevator.
The house is completely renovated this year with all the new quality furniture and the mattresses are of high quality to rest well (very important thing). The house is located in Pineda de Mar, next to Calella and 50 km from the city of Barcelona and with very easy access to the highway.
