Séjour parfait pour car nous sommes habitués à supporter de fortes chaleurs sans climatisation. L’emplacement de cet appartement est idéal, la vue du balcon est exceptionnelle.

Berge und Meer

Die Balange bietet beides. Die FEWO liegt ca. 400m vom Strand entfernt und in ca. 30 Minuten ist man in der Auberge de la Forst für wunderbare Wanderungen am Figurella Fluß. Die Stadt Clavi kann man mit dem "Bähnle" erreichen Für 8€ hin und zurück und die Haltestelle ist in 300m erreichbar. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Bucht von Calvin und ab und zu schwebet mal ein Flugzeug ein, das stört jedoch nicht. Die FEWO für 2 Erwachsene finde ich passend. Für 4 finde ich sie zu klein. Ein Tipp noch, In der Mediathek die Sendung "Wunderschön" Korsika vorab anschauen, gib sehr gute Infos zur Balagne. Die Kommunikation zur Vermieterin war sehr gut und auch zeitnah.

très bon séjour

Appartement très pratique dans une résidence très bien située dans Lumio. Vue sublime du balcon sur la baie de Calvi et le coucher du soleil. Plage à 5 minute à pied avec en prime une multitude de poissons qui nagent à vos pieds ! Une seule petite remarque : un deuxième ventilateur serait un plus.

Wunderschöner Ausblick in friedlicher Umgebung

Schönes kleines , farbenfroh eingerichtetes Appartment mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Bucht von Calvi. Wir haben jede Minute draußen verbracht ;) Individueller Touch mit selbstgemalten Bildern. Küche gut ausgestattet. In 10 min ist man zu Fuß am Strand und am Super Strandrestaurant, und trotzdem in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung, in der abends die Grillen singen. Für den Rest ist ein Auto nötig. Ja, die Dusche ist sehr klein, aber dafür hat man auch aus der Dusche einen tollen Blick auf Calvi :) Vermieterin sehr hilfreich und immer ansprechbar.

Vue magnifique

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans l appartement à 4, 2 adultes 2 enfants 17 et 12 ans... Ce n est pas grand mais pour ça nous a suffit car il a fait très beau. La vue est juste magnifique.. L emplacement idéal pour faire plein de balades.. Restonica à 1h30 fongo à 30 min asco à 30 min des plages tout autour 10 min de calvi et d île rousse. Nous n avons pas pu voir laura mais la communication avec elle a été très facile et agréable et à notre écoute. Merci et merci à Nathalie celle qui nous a accueilli pour sa gentillesse Nous conseillons vivement

Super schöne Aussicht zum geniessen.

Apartment met super schönem Aussicht, Schlafzimmer ,Kleine Dusche, Küche mit Waschmachine,Kühlschrank und weiter alles vorhanden. Schöne Balkon wo man gut sitzen und essen kann.

Petit coin de paradis avec vue magnifique sur le golf de calvi

Le logement est tout à fait conforme à l´annonce. L’accueil est simple et convivial. Tout équipé. La proximité de la plage est super et le chemin côtier vers Calvi ou île rousse est génial. Nous avons aimé l’endroit. La région est géniale. Le coucher de soleil est pur merveille. L’endroit est calme. On vit principalement sur le balcon terrasse quand on n’est pas à l’extérieur. Einfache, saubere Unterkunft mit herrlichem Blick vom Balkon über die Bucht von Calvi.

Ruhige Lage, herrliche Sonnenuntergänge, Feldenküste zum Schnorcheln und kleine Sandstrände zu Fuß zu erreichen. Langer Sandstrand in Algajola in 6km Entfernung mit Auto oder Bahn zu erreichen. Sehr nette Vermieterin!

Magnifique

Séjour magnifique. L'appartement est très bien cité entre Calvi et L'île Rousse. Idéal pour deux personnes, proches de tout, bien aménagé et surtout avec une vue imprenable sur la mer!!! Merci pour l'accueil.

Séjour très agréable avec vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe de Calvi

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette résidence.A notre arrivée nous avons été reçu par Laura la fille de la propriétaire qui nous à fait visiter l'appartement Accueil très chaleureux ! L'appartement correspond à la description donnée sur le web ,dommage que la douche soit si petite ! De la terrasse la vue est magnifique sur le golfe de Calvi ,les montagnes environnantes et tout à coté ,le maquis avec ses odeurs très florales . Nous avons apprécié également les quelques petites plages tout à coté de la résidence permettant de se passer de la voiture.Assurément c'est un séjour en Balagne qui fera partie de nos bons souvenirs .

Meraviglioso!

Il posto è veramente magnifico! Il più bello della Balagne! A due passi dal mare,nella calma ma anche vicinissimo a Calvi e Ile Rousse. Il panorama è bellissimo e l'appartamento confortevole e fresco.Abbiamo sempre cenato sul terrazzo ,godendo della vista incantevole e arrostito pesce fresco nel barbecue del giardino. Molto Utile il rubinetto e l'acqua nel giardino per poter sciacquare il nostro cane dalla sabbia e dallo sporco prima di entrare in casa! La padrona di casa inoltre è molto gentile e disponibile. PERFETTO ed ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Paolo

Séjour très agréable, location conforme à la description. Une vue magnifique et la région de la balagne est superbe. Juste, S'il y avait un point à souligner ce serait la douche, un peu étroite.... tout va bien je suis un petit gabarit :-)

Great!

The house is lovely: clean, bright and aired. The view is amazing. I spent there a week in june with my wife and our little son and it was a wonderful time. The best beaches of the area are in the nearby and near home there's a residence where you can buy hot bread in the morning

Vue imprenable sur la baie de Calvi

Maisonnette proche de la plage dans une résidence relativement calme. Vue magnifique. Terrasse inondée par le soleil en fin d'après-midi. Situation idéale entre Calvi (15mn) et l'Ile Rousse (30mn) où se trouvent les plus belles plages de la région. La propriétaire est très sympathique et répond facilement et rapidement à toutes nos questions. Seuls bémols: literie inconfortable pour les gens souffrant du dos et poubelles à jeter hors de la résidence, près de la plage. Précision: Voiture absolument nécessaire En conclusion, petite location parfaite pour un couple souhaitant découvrir la région.

Appartement fonctionnel pour 3 personnes (couple + enfant)avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de calvi. Description de la location exacte ainsi que les photos présentées.le village de Lumio à 3 kms est très beau et pratique.Les plages alentours sont belles mais très fréquentées.L'arrière pays est magnifique.Très bonnes vacances dans l'ensemble.

very nice

The place is wonderful, especially if you prefer nature and peace rather than discos and night-life of the nearby town of Calvì (5-10 minutes far by car). Me, my husband and my two sons (12 and 13 years old) spent there the first week of september: the apartment is little but it has everything you need, it's clean and beds are very good. The owner is very kind and ready to help you. No doubt the best surprise of the house is the terrace: the view is amazing, it's still in my eyes! We had always breackfast and dinner in the terrace. The little garden is very useful for drying towels and so on. There's an enchanting goldy beach just two minutes walk from home and several other beaches and coves in the nearby. Just one thing: the shower could be a little bit bigger but it's not a good reason for excluding this great location, Giulia

Belle situation

Petit appartement idéalement situé dans la baie de Calvi, vue magnifique proximité de la plage et des rochers, Trés bonne literie. Petit manque d'équipement ménager que la propriétaire souhaite résoudre. Je conseille cet appartement pour couple seul ou avec 1 enfant.
