Holiday Apartment Mare Verde is a splendid apartment of about 75 square meters in the center of Sperlonga sea area at Via Valle n. 222, in the Mare Verde residential complex. The prestigious complex is a rare oasis of greenery and peace, totally private and bordered in the center of Sperlonga. It is on the first floor of a very cool and well exposed building. The view is on the park garden and an aspect appreciated and loved by all our guests. Upon entering the house, you have the pleasant feeling of open space and immediately find yourself, after a small hallway, in the large living room furnished with dining table, double sofa bed, and functional TV cabinet. A 2nd sofa faces the TV for good evenings in company with a good movie. A large terrace at the level has a park view and is unsurpassed for pleasant summer chats. The kitchen is adjacent and the dimensions are respectable with totally new furniture and accessories, equipped with oven, dishwasher and fridge and much more. It is equipped with everything you need: pots, dishes, plates, glasses, glasses, oven, fridge with freezer, etc. Next to the kitchen there is a service bathroom complete with shower with curtain and wash basin for laundry. Next to the bathroom, a cabinet with doors contains the washing machine. The main bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. It is complete with all-inclusive shower cubicle. In the sleeping area there are 2 bedrooms where there is a maxi-size double bed and two single beds. Comfortable wardrobes and useful mirrors are present at will. Here too two windows are park view with a view that immediately puts you in a good mood.
We are in Via Valle n. 222 (google maps coordinates) in the Mare Verde residential complex, a few steps from the sea and the center. The location of the house is fantastic and at about 50 meters we find the promenade with restaurants, bars, boutiques, and any kind of welcome service. The La Lanterna bathhouse included in the price, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the village market on Saturday are also within walking distance. And then a thousand other places of entertainment such as a children's playground, seaside bars, restaurants, pizzerias and much more. The centrality of the house in the village makes it particularly functional for evening outings both towards the historic center and towards the more modern seaside area. The rooms are large enough to fit a cot.
Holiday Apartment Mare Verde is recently renovated and everything is neat and welcoming, from the systems, to the TV, to the furniture. The rooms of the house are equipped with hot / cold air conditioning useful for the hottest days of summer and for the cold of winter. The radiator system is activated for the colder winter months. 1 parking space under the house in the garage is included. This holiday home, like all our houses, also has a bathhouse included in the price and within walking distance.

Other Things to Highlight
Extra charges
Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price as well as linen for both bathrooms and sleeping areas. For periods longer than a week, at our care and expense, in agreement with the customer and on a weekly basis, all linen is changed. Housekeeping is included only the final one.
Beach service at the La Lanterna bathing establishment is included, which is the best that Sperlonga offers for families. Here will be at your disposal for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds + 1 director chair. The plant is central in the town and is in Via Cristoforo Colombo, very easy to reach on foot. The service is active from April 1st to October 31st approximately.
The house included 1 parking space in the garage.

Sperlonga City Tax
I would like to remind guests that throughout the whole of Sperlonga the visitor's tax paid in full to the Municipality of Sperlonga has entered into force to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per day per person (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but it can be flexible and if the house is free from the evening before your arrival, you can safely enter already from 12:00. Check-out is expected by 10:00.
Our house is well cared for and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in full respect of close people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the house manager. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be requested but a credit card data will be requested (no prepaid). Damages caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Pets are not allowed in the house

A tour in the surroundings
Sperlonga is one of the most characteristic villages of the entire province and offers a lot to its guests. The town owes its picturesque structure to the need to oppose a defensive system against pirates raging on the sea. Beyond a clear and clean sea awarded for years with the symbol of the Blue Flag and a beach with fine sand that young and old are enthusiastic about, there is the historic center characterized by narrow medieval streets with artisan shops and shops of all kinds . The Piazzetta in the historic center is an evening meeting place for a pleasant walk or a good glass in the company of friends. A few steps further down we find the Belvedere walk which is wonderful. Attention you could fall in love even more. Not far away, about 1 km away we find the National Archaeological Museum of the Tiberius Cave where important marble finds recovered in the adjacent Antro di Tiberio found in the 60s are on display. Emperor Tiberius loved to spend his holidays divided between the residences of Capri and Sperlonga. Torre Truglia is also very beautiful, overlooking the sea and overlooking the port of Sperlonga. It is important to remember that everything can be reached on foot or by bike via a very modern cycle path. A few km away there are many villages and historical locations to know and visit: Gaeta, an ancient maritime city, Terracina with the Temple of Jupiter, Fondi, an ancient city with the Baronial Castle and cyclopean walls, Cassino with the famous Abbey, and much more.

How to get home
For those arriving by car you must enter Sperlonga from the part towards Gaeta arriving in the upper part of the town and get off the panoramic road Via Roma. The road will merge into Corso Via Cristoforo Colombo and then turn right onto Via Valle. Going 200 meters you will find a large gate where you will find the Mare Verde complex written. You can also choose to enter Sperlonga from the direction of Rome by being directly on the Via Valle. For those arriving by train the most functional station is Fondi / Sperlonga. The station is served in a capillary way by taxi and bus to our country. For those arriving by plane there are no tips to give as everyone is at a comfortable distance from Sperlonga.
