Note: We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this amount will be charged at the end of each month. We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of a night tax on all holiday rental properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.50 in high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in low season (1 November to 30 April). Payment of this tax is not included in the accommodation charge and must be paid at check-in in cash. The value of this tax is changed annually by Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
