The space

This elegant 2-bedroom apartment will exceed your expectations for your dream holiday stay. With its top-notch location you will find most of the tourist attractions within walking distance. The famous Sforzesco Castle is just a 5-minute walk away. The flat is complete with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an airy living room with a sofa bed, and a well-equipped kitchen. WiFi, essentials, TV and towels are all included.



LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING

The living room is light and welcoming and there you will find a soft comfy sofa, 2 chairs, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool during hot days.



The kitchen has all the necessary amenities to cook a delicious meal including a gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle, and a coffee machine. Also there is a washing machine at your disposal. In the dining area you will find a dining table and four chairs.



BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

There are 2 bedrooms in the property, The master bedroom has to offer a double bed, while in the second bedroom there is a single bed. Also there is a sofa bed in the living room.



There are 1.5 bathrooms in the property. The main bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and an over-bath shower. There is also a spare bathroom with a toilet in it.



A hairdryer, towels and toiletries are all provided.



Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire property. The flat is located on the third floor and there is no lift.

- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets

- Dispose of rubbish appropriately

- Keep the property clean and tidy

- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected

- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building

- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space

- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

- To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.
