About this property

Large, bright apartment in city center, walking distance to Duomo and more

This beautiful apartment is in the historical center of Milan, one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the city. You can walk everywhere, but it is also close to publicm transportation, restaurants and shops. You will be a 5 minute drive from the Malpensa Express (fast train from the airport), a short walk to the Duomo, La Scala, the Castello Sforzesco, Sant Ambrogio's cathedral , the Navigli, the old financial district, and the Vittorio Emanuele / Montenapoleone exclusive shopping area.

This is the apartment I grew up in and was recently our primary residence. It is warm, welcoming and well taken care of.

Whether you are visiting Milan for business or pleasure, this apartment is a wonderful base to explore the city. Be sure to discover your favorite bar, bakery and small restaurant from this lovely apartment.

There are 3 bedrooms and can fit up to 6 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has two twins (one pulls out); the third bedroom has bunk beds. There is plenty of closet space. There are one and a half bathrooms.

Hot water never runs out. We have central heat in the winter and air conditioning for the hot summers.

We welcome families with kids of all ages, but you must be over 28 to rent the apartment!

Great location to tour the city

Spent 3 nights in Milan and enjoyed all the main sites which are within easy walking distance from the apartment. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and it was great having a washer and dryer! We highly recommend eating at Da Zero pizza nearby - fantastic!

Lovely apartment well located. Comfortable, quiet in nice residential area. Property manager most helpful in arranging car to airport when we had trouble scheduling a taxi. Would love to stay again.

Short stay with family

Property is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Washer and dryer were helpful. Grocery store is two minute walk. Google maps does not show the proper location of the apartment. We had a lot of trouble finding it using Google maps. Dani was helpful with directions. Easy 15 minutes walk to Duomo (or less). Host helped with taxi reservations when needed. 8 steps up to get to very small elevator. Apt is only one floor up usin* elevator. Easy with carry on luggage, some effort with lots of big luggage but plenty of room once in apt. We would stay there again.

The apartment itself is spacious, well appointed, convenient and comfortable - I didn’t give it the highest overall rating because of the beds. The twin beds had no mattress - just box springs with sheets covering them - we took the duvets from the bunk beds and fashioned a makeshift mattress, but it was unsatisfactory at best. An easy problem to fix with an otherwise great offering.

Las camas PÉSIMAS son una tortura no recomiendo si quieres descansar , los días agotadores no se puede dormir . Las toallas de color tienen mal olor es muy antigua la casa . No la recomiendo para descansar pero si está cerca y tienes buena comunicación con la empresa al rededor hay mucho ruido por qué están construyendo desde las 3 am empiezan y no dejan dormir

Great spot for our short family stay

Very nice apartment in a secure building in easy walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and the cathedral. Also easily accessible from the train station via tram/subway. Not over the top luxe, but is clean, well-taken care of, and has all of the conveniences needed (including central air conditioning for the whole apartment - a life-saver since it was 95-99 degrees during our stay). Host gave great recommendations and communication was easy and quick. We were only there for a couple of days, but would definitely stay again.

Heart of Milan

You simply cannot beat the location - steps from resturants and the heart of the city, and walking distance to the Duomo and many different sites. For a family of 5 or 6, the common areas and beds are perfect, and my family really enjoyed staying there.

In the heart of Milano

This property was beautiful, clean and walking distance to so many of Milan's treasures. A short 19-15 walk or metro ride from Santa Maria de la Gracia (which houses Leonardo da Vinci's Last Supper). Walk a similar distance and you can find yourself at the Duomo. The host was very friendly and responsive. We visited family who live a short walk away, and I highly recommended that they suggest this apartment to all of their visitors. My lack of Italian speaking ability was no problem for me when communicating with the ownen. They were quite helpful. Thank you for sharing your lovely home withy family (of 6). Side note there was plenty of space to spread out and find a quiet spot to relax.

Nice Roomy Apartment

Ora was excellent to deal with. Easy check-in and check-out with Dari. The elevator for the first-floor apartment (second floor for us Americans) is located about 8 steps up from the entrance. The location is great. walking distance to most of the nice areas. There is a cafe just down the street. We didn't have time to find a good restaurant in the area though. The apartment is spacious with a well-appointed kitchen which we never used. The central AC was nice with the warm weather. I loved the rolling European shutters to block out all the light and some of the noise. Milan is a busy city so it was a little noisy at times. The living room/dining room area was large for an Italian apartment. The water pressure was good with lots of hot water. It was nice to have the extra half bath, the first in our entire trip. The washer and dryer work great. We weren't used to European dryers so we didn't know we had to manually remove the water.

This is a wonderful apartment in a small building. The location is one of the most exclusive in the city.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is in the heart of Milano, close not only to the Duomo, la Scala theater, the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio and more. It is in a small building, on a small road. You can see roman ruins out the window. It is a great base to explore from, shop, eat and do business. You can walk to trams and the M1 and M2 subway lines.
