Silver Seas 203 | Spacious Home, Near Beach + Pier

Silver Seas 203 is the perfect spot for a beach vacation - park your car and enjoy everything you need within just a block or two! This corner-unit condo is located just yards from the south beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Tybee pier and more.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is comfortably furnished, has all the modern amenities, and is very spacious in size at over 1275 square feet. The open floor plan is perfect for spending time together during your vacation. The living area has comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with cable and Bluray player. The dining area includes table seating for 4 with additional seating for 2 at the counter. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and stainless appliances. The private furnished balcony is accessible through the dining area and is the perfect spot for enjoying the ocean breezes. The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and the attached primary bath has a whirlpool garden tub and separate shower. The guest room has a queen-size bed and TV.

Reserved garage parking for 2 cars (large SUVs and over-sized trucks may not fit in the garage). Wireless High-Speed Internet is available for guest use. Handicap friendly (elevator in the building - not ADA compliant).

Beautiful, spacious home near the beach

This spot was absolutely perfect for our family's little 4-day getaway to Tybee Island. The home provides plenty of space and is a brief walk from the beach, restaurants, and sites. We were able to walk most places except when we went to the north end of the island. Such a great home and location, we would love to stay again!

Great spot near the beach

This was our 2nd time staying at this condo. We love it! Nice, short walk to the beach. Private balcony is perfect. The condo is always clean and well stocked. We will be back again!

We had a great time in Tybee Island! This specific rental was beautiful! Super clean, and had everything we could need and more for our short little spontaneous trip to the beach! Easy check in and out! We had difficulty using the main room TV, but it very well could have been user error. Easy walk to anything you could need. Very quiet and all of the furniture was comfortable! Large balcony perfect for morning coffee. Beautiful master bathroom. Beds and bedding were very comfortable! Our kiddos enjoyed the beach so much! And with a kiddo and two toddlers the house was amazingly kid friendly.

Great stay!

This is our second time staying in this building. Both times it has been clean and well maintained. It is exactly as advertised. It’s a very short walk to the beach, it’s very close to all of the shops, and it’s very close to the pier. We will definitely be staying here again.

Reunion with Best Friends

We enjoyed meeting with dear friends in Tybee Island after a long separation due to the pandemic. The condo was very roomy with lots of seating and an attractive and well stocked kitchen. The location was fabulous, as we could walk to the beach and to several wonderful restaurants. Upon check in, we found a large fresh stain on the master bedroom carpet, which the property manager acknowledged after I called, but was unable to get professionally cleaned during our stay. Attention to a few additional items would make this a top rated property from our perspective- -The master bath shower door didn’t close and the sinks didn’t drain properly. -The bed in 2nd bedroom squeaked loudly and the mattress needs replacing. -The dining room chair cushions need cleaning or reupholstering. We had a great time with our friends, delicious food at nearby restaurants, and excellent service from each one we visited. It was a wonderful reunion in Tybee Island.

A good place to stay when in the Savannah area

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a fairly short walk to the beach. Because it was mid March, we could not get in the water, but we enjoyed walking up and down the beach. It certainly was not crowded. As far as the condo, it was clean , comfortable, and well furnished. There is a small clothes washer and dryer. The wifi worked fine. It seemed like there were about a 1000 TV stations available on the cable system. I will say that it was hard to tell exactly what supplies would be furnished. We called Tybee Beach Rentals (the management company). The staff member was unclear herself exactly what was there. For the most part there were more supplies than what was stated in the paperwork. Really the only item in short supply was trash bags. The unit is part of a building containing 9 condos in 3 levels so you have neighbors. 10 pm is "mandatory" quiet time. We never heard any noise from the other units after that time. There is a common walkway in front of the 3 units on each level to access the entrances. I do not know if it would be wild and crazy in the summer, but we were well satisfied with our stay.
