The apartment is located in the beautiful domain of les Myrtes, near the lovely botanical garden of Sainte-Maxime and within walking distance of the beach and La Croisette promenade.
The apartment is suited for 2 persons (35 m2 or 375 ft) and has one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower, an open-plan small kitchen and a living room as well as a pleasant terrace with a view of the pool and the park.
The ideal getaway from the city in search of the sun any week of the year!
There is parking places if coming by car in the domain. Among activities, you can swim, enjoy the sun, bike, play tennis (facilities are located next to the domain) or just relax by reading a good book.
The complex has a hotel *Les Jardins de Sainte-Maxime", which gives you the possibility to book a nice dinner, would you prefer eating outside sometimes.

Lovely stay

It was so easy and pleasant to communicate with Karine and Marie. The check-in was very easy and the apartment is so nicely decorated. We walked the 2 kilometers into town most days to avoid the traffic and used the green boats to visit other towns. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we came back to the area.

Fantastic. Karine was super helpful from start to end and her apartment is squeaky clean. Very convenient near the beach and restaurants as well as a short walk to the St Tropez ferry. would come back but she’s already booked for the rest of summer!

Beau logement très propre et tout à fait conforme à l annonce. Très bon accueil. Pour les nuits de canicule heureusement il y avait un ventilateur, juste dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une clim au moins dans la chambre. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances.

Un appartement parfait

L’appartement est excellemment bien situé, à quelques pas de la mer et des paillotes, ainsi que du centre ville de sainte maxime. De vraies vacances en laissant la voiture au parking ! Résidence sécurisée et calme. L’appartement est parfait, avec vue sur la piscine, nous avons passé tout nos repas à l’extérieur. Il est également tres fonctionnel et très propre, mention spéciale à Marie👌. Les communications avec Karine fut très aisées, réactive à arrangeante, nous avons même pu prolonger notre séjour ! Nous recommandons particulièrement cet appartement, le meilleur qu’on est eu sur Abritel jusque là (de loin) ! Sarah et Theo

Bel appartement, beau domaine

Appartement avec décoration personnalisée et soignée au cœur d'un beau domaine arboré. Accès rapide au bord de mer et piste cyclable jusqu'à St Tropez. Il est cependant dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas climatisé. Ce logement étant traversant entre un patio commun intérieur et le balcon, il n'y a pas possibilité de ventiler naturellement et lapparyent reste très chaud en été, température supérieure à celle de l'extérieur à 22h le soir.

Appartement bien décoré ! Lit très confortable. Au niveau de la cuisine, aucun manque ! Nous avons passé un très très beau séjour ! L’accueil de Marie a été des plus accueillant et très pro. Seul manque, vu qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation, un ventilateur !! Se serait en effet bien souhaitable en été par forte chaleur !

Nous avons passés avec mon épouse, un excellent séjour, dans cet appartement propre, fonctionnel, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, très bien placé, prés de la mer, avec une piscine à proximité, tout est parfait pour passer de très belles vacances, nous reviendrons c'est sûr... Excellent accueil par Marie et bouteille d'eau fraîche suite à notre voyage sous la chaleur

Très bien situé au calme à proximité de Sainte Maxime. L'odeur des pins et des fleurs créent un dépaysement immédiat. La proximité de la plage est également un atout important.
