If you show up with any of these restricted items you will be asked to leave, and forfeit your rental payment. Arcadian I HOA has now implemented a parking fee in addition to any fees you will see here as these charges are not under our control. Arcadian is now charging $10 per day and that is paid to them when you arrive and ask for the parking permit. I have been told this will be changing to $0 for first car and only a fee for additional vehicles. I will update as soon as I get the notification.
