Near Uzès sheepfold restored with swimming pool.
The house is located in the village of Euzet, 16 km from Uzès in the Gard. Former small sheepfold, it has been restored with simplicity.
It benefits from a calm environment.
The thick walls of the house keep cool, and the light wind coming from the Cévennes brings a pleasant feeling of well-being in summer.
The terraced plot of 700 m2 is composed of a paved courtyard planted with a large fig tree, terraces with dry stone walls. Each of these terraces offers space and a good atmosphere (URL HIDDEN) high terrace offers sunny beaches or shaded around a saltwater pool. In the garden you will find typical Mediterranean vegetation.
Inside, the ground floor has a small living room with fireplace, and a kitchen in the old vaulted cellar.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Another small house has a bedroom and a separate bathroom and toilet.
