independent building overlooking the sea just in front of Mount Etna. It is a two-level villa with two entrances. On the ground floor there is a large living area, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor there is the sleeping area, three bedrooms and a second bathroom. Both floors have large terraces overlooking the sea.
It is surrounded by a very large garden. Access to the private sea with stairs leading from the garden into the water.
