The house lies with in 20 minutes of the town center and still offers a closeness to nature. The Garden is big and adjoins to the "Truderinger Forst", a recreational area, where you can go jogging, biking and breathe fresh forest air.
The house offers 4 spacious rooms. The Groundfloor has an open floor plan, dining area and living room are connected. There is a beautiful kitchen, handmade from massive wood and a small bathroom.
In the upper floor there are two bedrooms and one room which can be used as bedroom or office (up to you, we can set both up). It can even be turned in a babies room.
