The villa is within walking distance to local taverns, shops, restaurants and local beaches & a 7 minute drive into Coral Bay village. The modern interior comprises an open plan sitting, dining & kitchen, designer finishes throughout. air conditioning Furnished to a high standard with dining table & chairs, leather sofas, 55 inch Smart TV, DVD & Sat with 24hr movies. tow bathrooms and master bedroom where you lie in bed and watch the sea! The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances. off road parking completes the villa. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. We all thoroghly enjoyed the property and its surroundings. Beautiful views, from the property especially the roof terrace which was a particularly pleasant place to be after dark. Communication from Lisa was spot on. Hope to visit again one day.

Wonderful villa

We had a fabulous 2 week family holiday in this villa. Peaceful location with amazing sea views and easy access to local restaurants and amenities. The villa had everything we needed and the hosts were extremely responsive to any queries we had.

Really great villa!

This is a really fantastic villa. Nicely decorated and well equipped and very clean. The pool is the perfect size and the views are stunning. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay and Paphos via car or bus. Some great restaurants within easy walking distance. The Sea You beach bar is fabulous. Lisa was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions, and the information pack in the villa is extensive and very useful. We would definitely stay here again, or in another property managed by Lisa.

Family trip to Cyprus for a wedding

Great location, clean & well equipped villa. Beautiful views from back garden. Pool was a little cool but not surprising this early in the year. Arrived late at night to a lovely welcome supply of basic provisions. Lisa also recommended a great local car hire company who collected us from the airport & had our car waiting at the villa. Perfect stay - would highly recommend 😊

Absolutely perfect little villa, location wise the best we have stayed in, the view over the sea every morning was fantastic. End of the garden is a path that you can walk around to other bays. Pool was great, Villa was perfect size for us. Lisa was easy to get hold of before arriving, sending us the instructions on how to find the villa etc. Would definitely stay again if its available for our time off. Many thanks

Lovely comfortable little villa. Directions to the villa were a bit hard to follow - we arrived in the dark. We had rather poor weather unfortunately and the gap under the front door proved very draughty but the heating was quite effective. The pool area is overlooked by the villas up the hill and not very private I imagine that in high season the area could get quite noisy as the villas are closely packed

clean and airy villa

Villa was clean and well equipped and good information provided. Comfy bed. Views beautiful. A little on the cold side for the pool unsurprisingly at the end of March but we managed a swim nonetheless. As vegetarians we had great food at Meraki Market Cafe and also at Sunset Breeze Restaurant, where we were made to feel very welcome. Good trips out to Kourion archaeological site and Tombs of the Kings (and previously went to Neo Paphos - well worth a visit) and a fabulous walk around Akamas Peninsula. Thank you Lisa for your support whilst we were staying at your villa.

Lovely, quiet villa for a week away

Fabulous little villa for a small family, individual, or couple to get away and relax, loved the coastal location and sea view. We rented a car to get around the area, which I would recommend you would need if booking. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool which was a good size. Nice to see effort being put into the design of the villa, which isn't that common. Side note: Not a comment on the villa, but as a bit of a foodie I definitely did not spend enough time researching places to eat to escape the tourist fare, so it's worth doing your research on restaurants in advance if you're fussy or have dietary requirements. I would thoroughly recommend Meraki Cafe (hope it's ok to mention a nearby business?) which isn't far from the villa and a really great find, especially if you're vegetarian or vegan.

Absolutely stunning views from this villa. Really can’t be beaten. The villa its self is really lovely and was ideal for the two of us. We had a really bad problem with what we were told were micro ants!!!! All there before we arrived so from no food left around from us.They were in the wardrobes, around the kitchen sink area and worse of all in and around the bed frame. Lisa was helpful to bring us some ant spray but I did request new bedding the following day as I had to spray the whole bed area because they were in the bed. I didn’t get new bedding but was told to strip the bed and shake them off out side. Shame really as this villa is definitely worth a stay could just do with a deep clean.

Perfect Family Getaway

From the moment we enquired about the villa, Lisa was so quick to respond and answer all of our questions and that continued throughout our stay when we needed advice on supermarkets and how to combat local bugs! As soon as we arrived we were struck by the stunning views and the tranquillity that surrounded the property. The fridge was already stocked with essentials (which was amazing) and the villa itself was very clean and well equipped with all the modern amenities. Each room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor pool was fantastic, really clean and warm and there was plenty of seating areas to enjoy the sunshine and shade. The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to the nearby beach (and local town by car). I can't recommend this villa enough for a family.

Truly fabulous!

We have stayed in several different villas in Cyprus but this was by far the best. From the moment you opened the front door and were greeted by the amazing view, the lovely welcome pack, beautiful finishes and decor to the balcony watching the sunset over the sea everything was just perfect. The villa is very well equipped, beautifully clean and has a super comfy bed. The location is great and within walking distance to everything you need. Lisa and Felix were super hosts and we can't wait to go back next year!

Lovely stay

My husband & myself stayed at this villa for 10 days. We celebrated our wedding anniversary & my husband’s 60th birthday. This was our first time visiting Cyprus. The Villa was the right size for us we used the extra bedroom to dress in & keep our luggage. The view & the pool was the highlight for us we were especially grateful for the pool as there was a rise in the temperature. There is bench at the end of the garden on a communal pathway leading to the beach which people sit on and take in the view so not as private as we would have liked. The handbook was very useful & we visited some of the restaurants recommended. We rented a car and drove up the mountains & enjoyed exploring Paphos. We especially liked the harbour area. The bed was very comfortable & the air con very useful & cool. We ate out & also in. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. I was pleased to have a bathtub in the main bathroom. The smaller bathroom is tiny. A clock in the villa would be useful. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay which went by too quickly. The host communicated well & was going to give us a late checkout which we didn’t need in the end.

Fantastic

Have just booked our 3rd visit to this perfect villa. The sea view is absolutely stunning, it takes your breath away. A great location, quiet but with easy access to Coral Bay & Paphos. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance, our favourites bring Sonny’s & Sea You Beach Bar. There was an excellent welcome pack on arrival & the abundance of local information provided was really helpful. Well equipped, spacious & clean with a lovely pool & bbq. Great view

It’s been a nice week in Cyprus. We’ve been going to different places during the day, exploring the island. The location of the accommodation is a great base. And it was always nice “coming home” to our accomodation by the end of the days and sit a bit outside until bedtime. The sound of the waves and the view during daylight are super relaxing.

Spectacular villa with AMAZING views

My husband and I had the most wonderful stay, communication with Lisa on the run up to our holiday was fabulous, she even organised taxi's to take us to and from the airport! Upon walking into the Villa, the sea view hits you square in the face, it was marvelous and spectacular. The villa had pretty much everything you could need to truly make it a home from home. The views from the roof terrace were amazing, I sat out on the roof terrace every morning with my coffee and book (I'd read if I could tear my eyes away from the view!) Shops and cafes are short walk away, and I would highly recommend Sonny's restaurant at the top of the road, the food was absolutely delicious, very reasonably priced and staff were so friendly, special shout out to Chris! Villa is at the end of the coastal path, and it's a very lovely and beautiful walk. Should you wish to venture into Paphos, you can get the bus nearby. It's 6.50 for a day ticket and takes around 10-15 mins All in all, I would absolutely return to this villa, the area was peaceful, relaxing and just perfect. Thanks again Lisa.

Exceptional.

Had a fabulous week in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect & it had all the facilities we required. It was spotlessly clean and the welcome pack provided on arrival was a god send after arriving late. We hired a car through the car company the hosts recommended and it was an excellent service from those to. I would highly recommend an automatic car if you stay at this villa as the road down is very steep and we’d of struggled in a manual car. Would definitely return.

Best villa in Kissonerga

We spent February/March 2024 at the villa. Wonderful stay!! The villa exceeded our expectations. It's even more beautiful than in the pictures. The view is to die for! It was clean, well equipped, with parking besides the villa. The location is perfect, close to shopping, beaches, restaurants, historical sites, museums, with easy access to main roads that allow you to explore more of the island. Our daughter and grandson (9yrs) visited for 2 weeks and there was lots to do for a kid (zoo, minigolf, castle, beach etc.) Lisa and Felix were hosts "extraordinaires", so pleasant, always available, quick to answer our queries, helping with recommendations etc. Communication was so easy. . Thank you so much Lisa and Felix for making our stay in beautiful Cyprus a real success. We just LOVED the island and your villa. It was the BEST. You were the BEST! We'd love to come back. Yamas!

Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.
