About this property

A beautiful stand alone chalet situated overlooking the picturesque village of Grimentz.
This chalet benefits from three bedrooms (two double and one twin). It is spread over three floors meaning there is a real feeling of space and light throughout the chalet, with fabulous views from each room.
On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom / wc.
The open plan living space is found on the first floor, with a fully fitted kitchen, a large dining table and living room
The top floor has a desk area and the master en suite bedroom

It is located in the prestigious Beauregard development, and benefits from amazing views over the village of Grimentz and the surrounding valley.
(Please note there are approximately 60 exterior steps up to the chalet from the lift)

Situation parfaite, 60 marches d'escalier mais pour une très belle vue et tranquillité absolue presque sans vis-à-vis et loin de la route. Prestations de très bon standing.
