Rent large country house for vacation.
The house comprises: a large living room, 5 bedrooms, one with a mezzanine (2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed + sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a bathroom. 40m2 games (with 3 double mattresses)
Dishwasher, cooking piano, washing machine.
Large garden with swing and trampoline.
Pergola and outbuilding for meals and table tennis table.
5 min from Melle (museum, swimming pool and shops)
30 minutes from Niort, 40 minutes from the Poitevin marsh, 1 hour from the futuroscope and 1 hour 15 from La Rochelle.
Possibility of household linen (sheets, towels, tea towel) € 120 and end of stay cleaning € 120; Deposit 750
800 € the week (850 € from July 15 to August 15), 1500 € the fortnight, 350 € the weekend. (water and electricity not included, depending on consumption)
