True paradise, overlooking a sparkling pool and waterfalls, promises comfortable arrival and departures. For a great dining experience and refreshing cocktails, visit one of three restaurants on property. Two on-site markets provide a range of sundries, snacks, and supplies. The Business Center offers fully equipped computers and internet access. You’ll find outdoor gas grills are perfectly situated for sunset barbeques.

Our villa is stunning. Quality detailing and amenities abound -- including tile flooring, a breakfast bar, full-sized kitchen appliances, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a Bose® AM/FM Wave® radio. In addition, our villa is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi internet access both in the villas and public areas around the resort.

Westin’s famous Heavenly Bed is featured. The equally luxurious Heavenly Bath includes a large shower with separate whirlpool tub, and modern fixtures.


Once you get settled in your private villa, you’ll find that it quickly becomes your home away from home. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fine set of stoneware and silverware to accompany 4 or 6 persons. The kitchenette are also stocked with pots and pans and quality appliances, including a blender, toaster and coffee maker. As you make your way around the kitchenette, you’ll discover a lot of other necessities as well, such as a cutlery tray, electric can opener and tea kettle.

In addition to providing stylish accommodations in one of the world’s most desirable destinations, The Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas offers enriching on-site activities for guests of all ages. From fresh-flower lei-making and koi-feeding to ukulele lessons, this rejuvenating retreat offers an array of delightful diversions to make your time on Maui truly memorable.

The resort offers (2) full service water sports centers located at poolside on the North and South sides of the property. The beachfront area of the resort offers a multitude of ocean water sports. Snorkeling, snuba and stand up paddling are just a few of the many activities you will find here. The friendly and professional staff are available for assistance with everything from pool towels to sun care. Anything you need for the beach and pool can be rented or purchased at either of the water sports centers. There is also a full service PADI certified scuba operation for both the beginner and the most experienced of divers.

Outside, you will be greeted with several beautiful recreation lagoons and heated swimming pool. Also a dedicated keiki (children) pool with a Pirate Ship. There are also four outdoor whirlpools available.

The Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort Villas offers a variety of classes and instruction in our south pool including tropical water fitness.

Unwind to the sounds of local musicians Monday and Friday from 4pm-7pm. Relax with some tropical libations and food specials daily from 3pm-5pm during our daily Happy Hour.

Westin Kids Club® is designed to inspire and entertain children ages 5 to 12 with exciting activities that will introduce them to Hawaiian culture and traditions. With help from attentive counselors, children can participate in fun-filled activities like lei-making, board games, arts and crafts, and more.

Whether you wish to elevate your game on lush emerald greens or simply wish to perfect your swing amid the stunning natural beauty of Hawai‘i, the championship golf courses on Maui offer something for every skill level.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Hawaii State Occupancy tax is collected at the resort at time of check out. Please inquire with your agent with questions.

Westin Kaanapali is an expansive, luxurious resort with villas differentiated by noting their locations as either North or South. If you have questions about this or a preference, please contact your rental agent.

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
