Small family-friendly maisonette

The maisonette is located in a complex of country houses, in a green area of 6 acres. It has a communal swimming pool, tennis court, basketball and we provide free bikes for your walk.

Villa Everal is ideal for family holidays and our young friends are always welcome. However, they need to be continuously supervised by adults on stairs, balconies, toilets and the pool area. There is no lifeguard and children under the age of 14 should not be in the pool unattended. Dives are forbidden. Use the pool at your own risk. The swimming pool is constructed and maintained in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.
This pool has a depth of from 120 cm to 300 cm and should only be used by people over the age of 18 who know how to swim and have been recognized for their stay.
Minors can use the pool only in the presence and under the ongoing supervision of adults.
Owners of Villa Everal disclaim any liability for damage to property or bodily injuries caused by accidents or resulting from inappropriate behavior and / or negligence of the most basic safety regulations (eg: bathrooms near meals or drunkenness) .
