Our beautiful apartment is ideally located 300 meters from the golden sandy beach and easy access to wide beaches, restaurants and bars of Albufeira and Vilamoura is suitable for those who want a quiet location and quality for you and your family. Ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and prefer a relaxed and calm environment. This apartment allows 3 people. On request can stay 4. This is a studio apartment with a living room which doubles as a bedroom with a big double bed and a sofa bed for one more person. There is a big table with 4 chairs, e new comfortable sofa, TV-set. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, full range of utensils, crockery and glassware. There is a bathroom with a hair dryer.
As for your car do not worry, there is a big free parking at the building.
The nearest golf course is in 2 km. Faro International Airport is in 28 km from Falesia. In only 100 meters you will find the nearest supermarket.
We provide the clean linens once a week and fresh towels every 3-4 days except beach towels. A baby bed is available too. Pets are not allowed.
Winter Renters are Welcome! This area is very calm in winter. If you need to have a rest from the buisy city then come and spend your winter holidays with us.

If you forgotten the key or have lost them we can bring you a spare key. The delivery prices: € 20 from 9am till 9pm, €30 from 9pm till 11pm, €50 from 11pm till 1 am, €100 from 1 till 9am.
The cost of lost keys is paid separately
