All round excellent, from first contact to a very well equipped house, comfy, great location, stunning views, wildlife everywhere you looked, definitely be returning.
stunning location, amazing house and facilities would highly recommend this property to anyone . very peaceful and ideally situated for exploring local area and parts of the nc500. we are definitely going to book again for next year!!
Fabulous holiday cottage in a fantastic scenic setting. Incredibly clean and comfortable, with beautiful scenery all around. Fantastic that there were Stags literally in the garden in the mornings, it was a massive plus for anyone who loves wildlife. Great location and we even saw the Aurora on 3 separate nights, one of which was incredibly strong and clearly visible to the naked eye from the bedroom window. Loved this holiday cottage, couldn't fault it. Thanks
This was the perfect base for exploring Assynt, Coigach and Inverpolly. The interior was modern, light, clean and stylish, but with a practical drying/boot room for wet gear. The view is not a exaggeration..
Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, great views and great location.
Morning visits from a family of deer just outside the house.
Would definitely return to this property.
Beautiful place! On the doorstep of the incredible outdoors that is the Scottish Highlands.s.
On the doorstep of the incredible outdoors that is the Scottish Highlands. The house is really lovely, comfortable, and decorated beautifully. The red deer in the front garden coupled with seeing dolphins swimming in the bay through the window was just wonderful- the house even provided binoculars! Walks and beaches are nearby, we saw a seal swimming in a small cove called Achnahaird Beach - it is on one of the many walks you can try out. Also climbing the magnificent Suliven! We loved it!!!
Highland Haven is the perfect base to enjoy this spectacularly scenic area. The house is warm and light with massive windows to watch the comings and goings of the boats and ever changing weather. Every bit of The northwest coast can be reached by car with beaches and mountains around each corner. There are plenty of walks locally and the area is good for cycling. This won’t be our last holiday here as we enjoyed every bit of it.
Thanks for a wonderful stay! The house is spacious, homely and very well equipped and the views are fantastic! If it was another mile closer to Lochinver it would have been absolutely perfect to make it easier to walk to town in the evenings after a long hike, but we were very happy to eat at home in the current pandemic anyway. We would definitely recommend it!
The house had everything we needed and we had a really lovely stay. Thank you! We hope to be back!
The house had wonderful views and sunsets - it was very well equipped - we were welcomed by a group of deer in the next field on the night we arrived
We enjoyed some walks , a couple of cycle rides and exploring the local beaches
