This Apartment is about 40 square meters with independent entrance, one double bed on the mezzanine, one bathroom with shower, living room with kitchenette and outside area. This apartment is ideal for 1 couple with 1 child (extra bed available for an extra fee).
The property is newly renovated. Outside there will be a private terrace with tables and chairs.
The furnishing is nice and cozy in a typical sicilian style. The accommodation has sat television, Free internet Wi–Fi.
Outside: Large shared panoramic pool 18 x 10 meters. Sun umbrella and sunbeds provided. Large green area with tables, chairs and stone barbecue available near the Pool.
The Swimming Pool is not heated and not fenced. Towels / Linen are included and are changed weekly. Beach towels available.

Other: The terrace offers a great view over the valley and the countryside; it has a barbecue, table and chairs for eating out-of-doors.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette merveilleuse propriété ! Tout est parfait ! La location est très jolie avec tout le confort et tout ce dont on a besoin. Giorgio et Paola sont adorables et répondent à toute demande très rapidement, la piscine et le grand terrain sont tout simplement d'une grande beauté et propreté. La propriété est proche de beaucoup de lieu de visites et de sites intéressant. Tout est parfait c'est merveilleux ! Je recommande vivement ! J'y séjournerai de nouveau avec le plus grand plaisir!

Fabulous location….great host!

Giorgio’s property is a hidden gem that makes an ideal base to explore all the south western Sicily has to offer. Highly recommended!
