Villa Francesca is immersed in citrus groves, 1 km from the sea and equipped beaches, far from the chaos but close to the Alcantara Gorges and the Recanati promenade. Area served by supermarkets and very close to the "I Gabbiani" shopping center. The upper attic floor with independent entrance - parking space and external shower is available. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one large with a terrace overlooking Etna -Taormina-Castelmola and a smaller one with a large terrace equipped with a table, deck chairs and umbrella. Bathroom with tub and shower, TV -internet connection-fridge and small kitchen. Ideal location also as a base for any tour of Eastern Sicily (Etna, Catania, Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi all reachable in just over an hour).

Comfortable and pleasant place

In general, we had really good feelings about the apartment. It is located on the outskirts of Giardini Naxos, close to deco supermarket, and very nice beach. Francesca's hospitality was exceptional - she was there to help if needed. Topics for consideration: - there was no washing machine (it was there in the listing) : we were travelling with smaller kids thus that was a little bit of painful for us. To be fair though, Francesca did the laundry herself - heating plate was often malfunctioning, and it refused to work from time to time - some outside work early in the morning - no iron and ironing board :) Again, none of these could disrupt our vacation there. I strongly recommend Villa Francesca!

Mi scuseranno se per errore ho registrato la presenza della lavatrice , ma si è trattato di una distrazione nella registrazione dei servizi della casa.Sono felice che la vacanza sia andata bene! Consiglio di ospitare la famiglia di Jacek perché saranno ospiti bellissimi....dentro e fuori!

Top Wohnung und optimaler Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Ostküste und des Ätnas

Wer seinen Urlaub in einer entspannten und ruhigen Umgebung verbringen möchte, wird sich in Francescas Ferienwohnung wohl fühlen. Über die große Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen betritt man über einen separaten Eingang die Unterkunft. Direkt unterhalb der Terrasse kann das Auto auf dem Grundstück sicher geparkt werden. Die Einteilung und Ausstattung der Wohnung entspricht zu einhundert Prozent der Beschreibung und den Bildern sowie den bisherigen Bewertungen. Vom kleineren Balkon aus blickt man auf Francescas Garten. Mit einem Mietauto sind der Strand, der Supermarkt und die Restaurants in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß läuft man zum Strand und zum Supermarkt ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Besonders erwähnt werden müssen Francescas Gastfreundschaft und Unterstützung. Wir haben uns bei ihr sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Schöne Wohnung als guter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten aller Art

Sehr schöne separate Wohnung, sehr gehobene Ausstattung der Wohnung, tolles Bad, ein Schlafzimmer mit Tür, das andere mit offener Wohnsituation mit Essbereich, sehr schöne Terrase mit Blick bis zum Meer-einzig die Küche ist so klein, dass Kochen nicht so einfach möglich ist- angenehme und leise Klimaanlage. Prima Stellplatz fürs Auto. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, großer Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Strand ( der nächste nur 5-10 min., weitere Strände ca. 20-30 min. entfernt), zum Ätna, zur Alcantaraschlucht, nach Taormina oder Giardini Naxos. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Top Unterkunft, sehr gepflegt!

Tolle Unterkunft, ruhig etwas auserhalb gelegen.Mietwagen, oder Motorroller nötig. Von der Terrasse Blick aufs Meer.Francesca ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft in allen Lagen! Sizilien ist suf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.
