About this property

First floor apt. Shared, wonderful 9 metre terrace, pool and tennis court -

Limone - one of two first floor apartments that are accessed via an external stone staircase. Crossing the 9 metre sun terrace the first, wonderful door you reach is for the apartment. Entering the living room the two bedrooms are on the left. First, the twin-bedded room with plenty of space to spread out in and then the double with a wonderful super king-sized bed. The windows in both bedrooms allow sunlight to flood in throughout the morning. The pool, *CLOSED UNTIL 15 MAY*, is accessed via a stone path around the roof of the trullo, this can be shut off if you have small children and there is a need for security. The tennis court is not Wimbledon standard but perfect for family fun. There are over 3.5 acres of olive, fig, fruit and nut trees to explore with a wonderful view of the Adriatic from the top of the land.

Appartement calme et bien situé

Nous avons passé une semaine au calme dans la propriété. Et pourtant bien situé pour visiter les Pouilles. Le domaine est bien entretenu et la piscine sympa. L'équipement largement suffisant. Seul bémol, les deux appartements du 1er étage sont un peu vieillots. Un rafraîchissement donnerait encore plus de cachet au domaine.

E' stata una bella vacanza anche se nel check in c'è stata qualche incomprensione, per fortuna è stata risolta abbastanza velocemente. Il paesaggio è magnifico, pure la piscina e la casa pulita ma un po' scomoda, soprattutto nella cucina che è mancante di mensole per metterci la riserva di cibo. un'altra piccola mancanza, siccome non c'è antenna per la televisione, c'erano dei dvd in tutte le lingue e pochissimi in italiano. Il punto forte di questa casa è la tranquillità e la bellezza del paesaggio pieno di ulivi e trulli sparsi qua e là. Ringrazio i proprietari del soggiorno.

Great place to be!

Thanks Philip and Suzie to let us stay in appartment Lemone, We were with 4 adults and altough the appartement is not that big it’ very well equipped. Onlything missing were enough wineglasses to drink the great pulien wines sitting on the terrace enjoying the wonderful view and landscape. It’s out of the world and breathtaking. The whole property got 4 different appartments , a nice swimmingpool a nice barbeque area and even you can practice your tennis. Anyway we loved it very much, and will certainly come again if Philip and Suzie allow us. Jeroen Top and family, Badhoevedorp (the Netherlands)

Stunning view, apartment was oké, great terrace, swimmingpool and tenniscourt!

We stayed at apartment Mandarino with 4, dad, mum and 2 kids. Inside it was okay, clean and good beds.. and outside it was fantastic! Very nice surroundings, we had a great time! Thank you very much Philip and Suzie!

Super schöner Urlaub in einem ganz tollen Haus !!!

Wir haben zu dritt 10 Tage in der Villa Santa Aninna verbracht und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Wir haben die Wohnung Limone gemietet,die alles zu bieten hatte was man braucht.Nicht auf dem aller modernsten Stand aber trotzdem zweckmäßig. Der Ausblick von der Sonnenterasse (viele Olivenbäume)war bombastisch und nicht zu vergessen der POOL !!!! Er war toll,erfrischend und einfach riesig. Die Vermieter -Phillip Marvin und Suzie - waren zauberhaft,freundlich und hatten auch viele Tipps für uns was die Umgebung betrifft. Das Haus liegt ca 2km von Cisternino ,mitten in der Natur !! Wir können es wirklich empfehlen !!

Wunderbar gelegenes Apartment mit tollen Vermietern

Perfektes Apartment für Urlauber, die Kultur und Strand nicht missen wollen! Es liegt am Anfang des Itriatales und von der oberen Terrasse hat man auch einen wunderbaren Blick über die Trulli und das süße wie nahe gelegene Städtchen Cisternino - perfekt für Sonnenuntergänge und ein Glas Wein. Wir erachten es als sehr gut gelegenen Ausgangspunkt um Apulien zu entdecken, da man schnell im Hinterland ist, aber auch zur Superstrada an der Küste ist es nicht weit, um große Städte wie Bari oder Lecce zu erkunden. Auch am Strand ist man schnell (rund 10km) und auch das Naturreservat, wo man wunderbar schnorcheln kann, ist gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung, in der wir waren, ist für vier Personen ausgelegt, wir waren zu fünft dort, und auch das war mit Zusatzbett kein Problem. Schön ist, das die Villa auch einen Trullo besitzt (der auch als Apartment genutzt wird), und vor allem die vielen Obstbäume in der Anlage sind faszinierend: verschiedene Feigen, Kaktusfeige, Granatapfel, Mandel, Oliven etc. - zum Frühstück gab es immer wieder frisches Obst! Die Vermieter sind so herzlich und zuvorkommend, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann, auch die Kinder haben sich non-verbal gut mit ihnen verstanden. Wir können die Villa wirklich von Herzen empfehlen und wünschen jedem dort einen ebenso schönen Urlaub, wie wir ihn hatten!

Very nice stay in the surburb of Cisternino

We had a very pleasant stay in this villa. Philip & Suzie are incredible nice hosts. Their villa is split in 4 places, that you can all rent. We stayed 2 weeks with our family and had wonderful holidays. The house is close to the city of Cisternino, which is less crowded than Ostuni in summer. It's 10 minutes to go to the beaches, but sometimes when it's too hot, it's better to use the swimming pool and have a tennis game during sunset. The house is big and even if there are other families, intimity is respected during your stay. There are very nice fig trees in the garden. We definitely recommend the place.
