Enjoy a family holiday in this cosy and well-equipped terraced house in Miami Playa. Located just a step away from Crystal Beach, this accommodation offers an ideal location to enjoy the sun and sea.

Casablanca is a seafront house in the centre of the Crystal Beach promenade in Miami Playa. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet, as well as a private garage. The property has air conditioning and WiFi. It has a private garden with a barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen.



On the ground floor you will find a kitchen, a living-dining room and 1 toilet. The first floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed of 150x200, 2 rooms with nest beds in each and 2 full bathrooms with shower. And on the -1 floor there is another bedroom with a nest bed.



One of the main attractions of this accommodation is its private terrace with views of the sea and the garden. Here you can enjoy outdoor meals and relax on the comfortable sunbeds. In addition, the house has access to a private garage.



The location is truly exceptional with front views of one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with direct access to the seafront promenade near restaurants and beach bars.



Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The seafront promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.

As it is a family tourism area, bookings are not accepted for groups of young people.



No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.

The beautiful view of the sea. Unfortunately, the beach was not like in the last years. It no longer looked nice due to the storms. The municipality of Miami Platja did not do anything to make the beach beautiful again. We were also very disturbed by the fact that many visitors went to the sea with their dogs on this part of the beach. We thought that dogs were not allowed on this beach. Further ahead, towards L'hospitalet del Infant, there is a beach where you can go with your dogs.

Vacances en bord de mer et environnement très convivial pour les vacances Le prix est un peu élevé au vue de la petitesse du jardin qui ne permet pas de barbecue contrairement à l annonce. Dommage aussi que l on ne pas fermer à clé les baies vitrées.

Vue époustouflante

Idéal en septembre car moins de passage sur les voies piétonnes et pour vélos juste devant la maison. Cela doit être beaucoup plus bruyant en pleine saison. Sinon emplacement idéal pour profiter de la vue et se rendre à la plage. Maison parfaite

Très bon accueil et emplacement idéal

Maison en bord de mer sans route à traverser. Idéal pour les enfants. Maison très fonctionnelle, très agréable avec climatisation. L'accueil a été Super. La confiance est totale. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe. Aucune surprise. En dehors, plage et promenade très propres.
