Schöner Herbsturlaub

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden . Unser Vermieter hat sich die größte Mühe gegeben unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen . Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht , alle Probleme zu lösen . Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub .

Appartement bien situé comme decrit. Par contre equipements cuisine minimum,et surtout très sale...

Propriétaire arrivé en retard à la remise des clés. Appartement loin de la surface prevue, sans four ni micro ondes. Verres en plastiques... Casseroles de la guerre de 14/18...on s'est depanné comme on a pu.. Le pire restant l'état de saleté jamais vu en 40ans de location..franchement deçu..

Schöne Tage in Cerveteri

Wir, meine Teenager-Kinder und ich, waren 10 Tage in der schönen Wohnung von Corrado. Die Wohnung liegt in der Residence "L'Approdo". Es war sehr ruhig und angenehm. Den schönen und weitläufigen Strand erreicht man in wenigen Minuten. Man kann das Meer von der Wohnung sehen. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Vor allem der große Balkon war toll. Wir waren die einzigen Touristen und Ausländer. Die Sprachbarriere machte es meinen Kindern etwas schwer, Kontakte zu knüpfen. Corrado war ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter. Da wir ohne Auto dort waren, hat er uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und war mit uns einen Großeinkauf machen. Die alltäglichen Dinge kann man in einem kleinen 'alimentari' erwerben, genauso Brötchen, Zeitungen usw. Es gibt eine Bar mit Eisdiele und eine Pizzeria wenige Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben!

Appartamento comodo e vicino alla spiaggia.

Molto comodo per chi vuole fare vita da spiaggia, ci sono stabilimenti e spiagge libere ben tenute. Un lungomare molto arioso. Bagno con vasca e doccia, cucina abitabile. Da notare un bel terrazzo che di fatto è un’altra stanza. Tranne per un giorno di pioggia abbiamo sempre mangiato in terrazzo. Il condominio è tranquillo. La piscina e ben accessibile e mai affollata. Corrado, il proprietario, è molto cordiale e sempre disponibile.
