Phase 1 (Beach, Island, Leeward Streets) pool will be closed, starting April 29th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 2 pool. Phase 2 (Packary Street) pool will be closed, starting May 6th, 2024 for deck resurfacing and all guests are to use the Phase 1 pool. This has been factored into the current pricing and no additional discounts will be applied. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Coastal luxury is the best way to describe this beautiful one bedroom property. The living area is the main entry and the first stop coming in from the pool or off the beach. You will find a comfy couch and two matching chairs that will beckon you to kick back and relax after a long day of fun in the sun. The breakfast bar is perfect for sitting around and visiting about the fun had by all. The family chef will enjoy cooking up snacks, breakfast, lunch or dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. Then everyone can sit down and enjoy their meal at the near-by dining table that seats 4, seating for 3 additional guests is available at the breakfast bar. Past the kitchen and dining area you will find the washer/dryer as well as a nice sized full bathroom. Then comes the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed. While mom and dad sleep the night away in the king size bed, the kids will rest easy on the comfy queen size sleeper sofa.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
