Beautiful villa on Watersong overlooking conservation area. 20 mins from Disney!

New pool furniture, mattresses and all new TV lounge furniture in 2021!

Watersong offers the security of a gated community, well equipped clubhouse and zero entry pool all surrounded by landscaped gardens and beautiful conservation area. There is also a children's play area, putting green and volley ball court a few minutes walk from the house.

The resort is just 20 minutes from Disney, 45 minutes from Universal and many high quality golf courses within a few minutes drive. Watersong is 45 minutes from Orlando International Airport.

The ground floor is tiled throughout and offers open plan style living. There are 2 large seating areas, a dining area and open plan, well equipped kitchen with another informal dining area. The kitchen leads out onto the stunning extended deck overlooking the conservation area. Enjoy a meal in this outdoor area or relax by the large pool and Jacuzzi area.

Upstairs you will find 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and leads onto a huge en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bath and shower, separate toilet and a large walk in wardrobe. There is another large double bedroom with en-suite. The further 2 triple bedrooms share a family bathroom. These rooms contain one bunk bed and one single bed in each room.

The home also includes a large games room with table football, air hockey machine and pool table as well as seating area.

There is a laundry room with large washing machine and tumble drier and a downstairs toilet.

Pool/jacuzzi heat may be needed between October and April. This is at an additional cost of £25 ($30) per day. Please ask if you require this.

Check in is 4pm. Earlier check in can be requested and may be possible if there is a gap between bookings. Check out is 10am.

Excellent quiet & relaxing home

My extended family had a wonderful stay here as a home base for visiting the parks and beaches. The house was immaculate with everything we needed. The neighborhood is gated and quiet. The private pool was wonderful in addition to a game room and 2 living rooms. Groceries, restaurants, etc. are just a couple of miles away. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful holiday!

The villa was beautiful, just as per the photos. The pool was great and lovely and warm (we paid extra for pool heating). The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Helen was great and very quick at responding to any queries. Watersong itself is beautiful and such a great location for all the parks etc. Wish we were back there now!

Amazing House/Host

We just spent 11 days at this house and it was perfect. The house is as pictured and very clean. The house is spacious, clean, great layout, quiet neighborhood, and relaxing. The host answered any questions we had from the start, and during our trip. She also got back to us very quickly. The best experience! Thank you.

nice family vacation

My family spent 3 weeks at Watersong Villa and had a wonderful stay. The pool/hot-tub was wonderful and a great temperature. Pool was very clean and cleaned every week. The neighborhood was wonderful and we felt very safe. Size of the house was adequate space for 4 adults and 4 children....they especially loved the bunk beds. Master was very large and closet was even bigger. Kids also liked the game room with pool table and air hockey. My only criticisms would be the lack of kitchen utensils/cookware and the overall cleaning. Carpets did not look like they were vacuumed upon arrival, blinds were very dusty, air vents in the house were quite dirty, and what pots/pans they had looked like they had not been washed. We had to buy basic utensils (peeler, wine opener, can opener, etc). The mattresses could def use an update as well. Overall, my family had a very nice time at this house.

If you had let the house manager know he would certainly have sorted this out for you. All my previous reviews on this site and other listing sites comment on how clean the house is so I was surprised to hear you were not happy with some things. With regard to the pans and mattresses, again this could have been sorted out had I known. The house now has a new full set of pans and new mattresses in place and the air vents have been painted. Lovely large house in quiet neighbourhood

The house is large and located in a safe community. There is a grocery store near by. It can take a while to get through Orlando traffic. The pool was clean, outdoor furniture was comfortable and we really enjoyed the option for pool heat. The hot tub was well enjoyed; the heat turns off at 8 pm. The property is self serving so you need to supply dish and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, dish clothes, etc. The beds were relatively comfortable but the pillows were like pancakes. All the bathrooms were large and clean. The kitchen was functional, however the pots and pans were well used and could use a refresh. No filtered water and the tap water smelled and tasted different from what we are use to so we bought water, which seems common in Florida. Check in was easy and Helen responded quickly and checked in with us. Good selection of tv channels and we loved the games room. We would return.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. House and surrounding property was as described in the ad, so there was no surprises when we arrived. We throughly indulged in the heated hot tub/pool combination. There were a few minor things that came up. During our stay the pool and hot tub lights malfunctioned and were out of service for 2 nights which limited our evening pool use during this time. The person taking care of the property was quick to respond to this issue but a licensed electrician was required and this took some time. Towards the end of our stay he managed to get the pool light to work, but the light in the hot tub was still out. In addition to this we were surprised to see that some of the basic necessities were also missing: items surch as dish soap, dish sponge, salt, pepper. Prior properties that we had visited were better equipped from this aspect. In any case, we bought these and left a few items behind so that they can be appreciated by the next guests. If given the chance, we would stay here again.

Stay was amazing and the hot tub and pool we really loved. Nice and clean place.

Really liked the property. Wish there was tvs in the kids rooms with a queen size bed. One recommendation is to provide more soap and linens like wash clothes and hand towels for all the bathrooms and also trash bags.

Great pool and hot tub house for family!

Just stayed here for 5 days and wish we had 5 more! We wanted to stay together, be close to Disney, and enjoy some pool time and hot tub time….all without sharing in the days of Covid. This house checks all of the boxes, plus has a game room, is very clean, and great layout. It had a dinosaur room and girly room for the kids. The beds and furniture were comfortable, big walk in showers in 2 bathrooms and 2 bathtubs. Yes, the pool heat works great and the spa gets nice and hot, which was very important to us as well. There is a security guard always at the gate, and they don’t mess around so you feel safe. Helen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I hope we get to come back!!

Lovely big well equipped home

Overall our experience of renting Helens home was a good one. Helen is very quick to respond to your communications/enquiries and very friendly and helpful. The house it’s self is large, clean and well equipped with a lovely big pool area. There’s also a very well equipped games room in the garage and cable tv in the living room..tonnes of room for a large (or several) families to stay together. The community is gated and a bit further out of the area of where we usually stay, there’s a new Publix’s opened a mile or so down the road. Overall a lovely stay and thank you Helen..

Wunderschöne Villa mit kleinen Defiziten

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und angenehm möbliert. Das Bad vom Master Bedroom ist ein Traum, eine riesige Dusche, 2 Waschbecken, Badewanne und ein separates WC. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein großes Ankleidezimmer. Die beiden Wohnzimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, die Küche ist funktional. Der Außenbereich ist toll zum Sonnen und der große Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, auch der Whirlpool ist klasse. Es wäre ein 5-Sterne Erlebnis geworden, wenn da nicht ein paar Defizite wären. Wir haben schon sehr viele Häuser in den USA gemietet und können daher sehr genau abschätzen was so ein Ferienhaus bieten sollte: - Es waren exakt, pro WC nur eine Toilettenpapierrolle vorhanden, keine Reserven. - Töpfe und Pfannen in der Küche sind eigentlich nur noch Schrott - Keine Gewürze vorhanden, noch nicht einmal Salz und Pfeffer, was eigentlich jeder Gast braucht - Der Billardtisch ist wackelig und der Bezug total verschlissen, die Queues alle defekt. - Der Poolservice ist schlecht, in unserer Zeit ist die Heizung ausgefallen und der Pool grün geworden, weil der Service den Filter nicht gereinigt hat. Positiv muss ich allerdings das Facility Management hervorheben, die haben sich nach meiner Meldung sofort um das Problem gekümmert. Trotzdem kann ich das Haus jederzeit empfehlen, was fehlt kann man kaufen und mit dem Rest kann man sich arrangieren.
